Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                      
concur message on HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 299(JUD)                                             
am H "An Act relating to a charge for a bad check" which had been                                   
held on the Secretary's desk (page 3319) be taken up at this time.
